The aim of family therapy is to find a way for family members to help each other. I work with an individual, couples or the whole family system who are experiencing problems with family relationships.
I explore individual views of what the problem/s are? It helps family members communicate better with each other. It can help families to change, develop and resolve conflict.
Family therapy is also known as systemic psychotherapy.
