I have had the privilege of working under the supervision of Ellen for the past 18 months, and I can confidently say that her guidance has been transformative for my professional growth both from a student perspective and more holistically as a person.

Ellen possesses an exceptional ability to create a safe and supportive environment, allowing me to explore and reflect on my therapeutic practice deeply. Her profound knowledge of therapeutic techniques along with her diverse experiences working with neurodiverse clients all combined with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach, has significantly enhanced my skills and confidence as a therapist.

Ellen is adept at providing insightful feedback that is both constructive and encouraging, helping me to identify my strengths and areas for improvement. What sets Ellen apart is her genuine commitment to my development. She is always available for consultation and provides unwavering support, even during challenging times. Her ability to balance professionalism with warmth and understanding makes her an invaluable mentor.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from Ellen and would highly recommend her supervision to any therapist seeking to enhance their practice. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication is truly exceptional. I truly am grateful for your support - I was very lucky to be matched with you! xx

Working with Neurodiversity

My journey with Ellen" It all started after a few negative experiences with other therapists and at that point I had almost given up and I was very upset, you can imagine my perception about therapists in general at the time! Then Ellen came, and it was a relief! My journey with Ellen started after the loss of my partner in a not so ordinary way. I was in a state of general confusion and had PTSD. Ellen assessed the situation, my personality, and my past as a person. We had to review and revisit certain aspects of my experience, learn from there and try to break certain emotional cycles to be able to rebuild them so that I could move forward. That was also a moment for me to discover other aspects of my childhood that made me the person I am today and tackle what needed to be tackled. Surely I can say Ellen is very patient and understanding, she has the ability to listen to the patient's peculiarities, and adapt her skills and experience as a therapist to all sorts of situations. Her kind approach enables you to open up about things never explored before, feel comfortable and be able to use the tools she gives you to achieve your goals and understand your strengths and weaknesses. Undoubtably her experience is a result of her passion for therapy and neurodiversity. She's certainly well trained and has a lot of experience in this field, and she is also very flexible and able to adapt to any situation. Overall I would recommend Ellen as a psychologist for whatever life presents you with. She is reliable, extremely professional, prepared and very patient.

Ellen was invaluable. We have been able to have all round support with training, intervention, words and pictures and direct therapeutic work with the young person. Our birth children were also supported with the transition with words and pictures. Ellen was a real Gem.

I would highly recommend Ellen as a Supervisor. I always felt well supported and there was an excellent balance of normative, restorative, and formative principles throughout supervision. I greatly appreciated that Ellen was only ever a phone call or email away!
